 1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.


2. After-Sales Service Period

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please get in touch with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. Thank you for being so understanding.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please click the Contact US at the bottom-right corner of our website and provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your Contact Email

  • A brief description of the issue

  • 📸 Photos showing the problem and packaging (this helps us process your request quickly)

Once we review your request, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.


 4. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To maintain product quality and ensure a pleasant experience for all customers, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Unused: No signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.

  2. Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must remain intact.

  3. Packaging Intact: Keep the original packaging (e.g., dust bags, boxes) in good condition.

  4. Clean & Odor-Free: No stains, perfumes, or other damage.

Items that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.


5. Return & Exchange Process

Return Steps:

  1. Contact our customer service to submit your request.

  2. Provide order details and product photos.

  3. After approval, we’ll share the return address and instructions.

  4. Ship the item using your preferred courier. (Return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.)

  5. Once our warehouse confirms receipt and condition, we’ll process your refund within three business days.

Exchange Steps:

  1. Contact our team to request an exchange.

  2. Specify the size, color, or style you’d like instead.

  3. We’ll confirm availability and arrange the exchange.
    If the item is out of stock, we’ll reach out to offer alternative solutions.


6. Refund Information

  • Once your returned item is received and verified, we’ll process your refund within three business days.

  • Refund arrival times:

    • Credit Card: Within seven business days (depending on your card issuer).

    • PayPal: Within 48 hours after refund processing.


7. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international taxes or customs fees.

  • Please choose a shipping method that includes tracking and customs clearance service.

  • We do not accept collect-on-delivery (COD) or unpaid return parcels.


 Important Notes

  • Custom-made items and final sale items are non-returnable (these are clearly marked on product pages).

  • Please ensure you only send back items purchased directly from YC.
